The challenge begins. Last year I could not complete eight push-ups consecutively; today I started a promise to complete 100 every day. An incredible £300 was raised on day one.

Why I am doing this
“I have lost three people close to me to cancer. This challenge is for them, for every family affected, and for the research that gives people hope.”
As a healthcare professional, I see the value of research and care every day. The challenge is simple: show up, complete 100 push-ups and use that effort to help raise funds and awareness.
